Limited Refund Policy

We have a very straightforward policy on refunds: we don't allow them in most cases. The services, templates and content we provide are irrevocable. Meaning, if you decide to cancel there is no way for us to go back and take the template, content or consultation back away from you. Therefor we can't send the money back because then people would be able to buy our products and ask for a refund immediately and still access them.

Special Cases Where Refunds ARE Allowed
- You accidentally make a duplicate payment and let us know about it via email.
- You've been a victim of a fraudulent charge on your credit card.
